Nylon Specifications
Billets can come in lengths up to 13 inches, with outside diameters ranging from 2 inches to 15 inches. The nylon thickness must comprise at least 1/8 inch of the radius. Nylon face width can be as little as 1/2 inch or slightly less. Cores are available in standard and custom sizes and are made from your choice of stainless or cold-rolled 1117 steel. Hubs can easily extend beyond the face width of the nylon band. Please refer to the following chart for the Nylatron varieties. (see full spec sheet)
